I’d like to thank you once again for the excellent service provided by your company. My mother was quite nervous before the move, but due to your friendly and professional approach everything went smoothly. She quickly saw her furniture being neatly packed in blankets and foil and unpacked and neatly placed in the right rooms at her new address.
Even the bed and the cupboards were disassembled and neatly assembled upon arrival. There was even one cupboard that was almost falling apart due to old age, but Barry managed to reassemble it in my mother’s new house using a few additional screws.
It also wasn’t a problem for you to transport a few things to my own residence. This was great, because I have no idea how else I would have gotten all that stuff to my house.
The service’s pinnacle, however, was when both elevators were no longer working after the move (my mother moved to the twelfth floor!) and Barry asked my mother whether she had any food, and if not, that he’d go and get her something.
That this kind of friendliness still exists in the Netherlands warms my heart, which is why I would wholeheartedly recommend your company to anybody I know, and rate your service with a well-deserved 10!
